Obituary

Jay A. Baker, 47, of Memphis died Tuesday, October 3, 2006. He was born in Marilla, NY and served in the United States Army for 8 years. He worked for Locust Lawn Farm in Elbridge for 8 ½ years and was also a member of the Faith Baptist Church, Baldwinsville.

Survivors: his wife, Donna M. of Auburn; four daughters, Cyrstal (Gary) Baker-Wiggins of Memphis, Jecoia (Hector) Hernandez of Binghamton, Angel Baker and Brandi-Jo Baker of Memphis; one son, Jesse Baker of Memphis; two step-daughters, Christina (Bruce) Kennedy of Port Byron and Heather Hutchings of Union Springs; one step-son, James Currier, Jr. of Auburn; his step-mother, Carolyn Baker of Salamaca, NY; two sisters, Robyn Baker of Memphis and Cynthia Baker of Schroon Lake, NY; two brothers, Charles Baker of Warsaw, NY and James Baker of Leon, NY; 6 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: Calling hours will be 2-5pm Sunday, October 8, 2006 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Wales Center, NY. Services are 5:30pm Sunday following the calling hours.
