James C. Sofia, 57, of Baldwinsville died Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. Born in Syracuse, he lived 22 years in Baldwinsville. He was a truck driver and dispatcher for McLane-Northeast in Baldwinsville for 15 years.

Survivors: His wife of 25 years, Donna M.; three sons, James A. Sofia and Michael J. Girard, both of Baldwinsville, and Mark A. Girard of Raleigh, N.C.; two daughters, Gia M. Sofia of Baldwinsville and Christine L. Sanford of Camillus; a sister, Margaret Primerano of Cicero; six grandchildren.

Services: 10 a.m. Monday in St. Augustine's Church, O'Brien Road, Baldwinsville. Burial, Plainville Cemetery. Calling hours, 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
