James B. Schneider, 76, of Baldwinsville died Saturday, June 26, 2004 at his home. He was born in North Hampton, Mass. And lived in the Baldwinsville area since 1959. James retired in 1988 as President of the Manufacturer's Association Of CNY after 15 years with the Association and previously was the manager of governmental relations with the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont and his Masters Degree in Public Administration from Boston University. James was a Navy veteran of WW II. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara in 1980.

Survivors: a daughter, Linda Plank of South Jordan, UT; three sons, Gary, Joel, and Brant all of Baldwinsville and five grandchildren.

Services: 11:15am Saturday, July 3, 2004 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville and 12:00pm in St. Augustine's Church. Burial in Riverview Cemetery Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, July 2, 2004 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
