James T. Martin, 55, of Memphis passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015, at his home. He was born in Auburn, raised in Baldwinsville and had lived in Memphis the past 30 years. Jim was a cement finisher with Benedict Floors and belonging to the Cement Finisher Local #2. Jim loved animals and often said God was dog spelled backwards. He was an avid fisherman and loved to ride his Harley. Along with the love for his family he was a surrogate father and grandfather to many

He was predeceased by his father Robert Martin.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years Sandy; his sons Gabe and Josh and Josh's wife Molly; a granddaughter, Grace; his mother, Katheryn Martin; sister Delores; brothers, Richard and John; and many nieces and nephews who will miss their "cool uncle".

Services: 10:00 am Friday, May 15, 2015, at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial, in Kingdom Cemetery. Calling hours are 5-9pm Thursday, May 14, 2015, at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
