James F. Dale, Sr., 92, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2014. Jim was a WWII veteran. He worked for the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company for many years until his retirement. He lived in Manlius for several years with his late wife Lyda C. Dale. His later years were spent residing in Baldwinsville, NY. He was a frequent card player at the Canton Woods Senior Center and a publicized Pinochle champion many times over with his picture proudly appearing in the Baldwinsville Messenger.

Survivors: Son, James F. Dale, Jr. and a family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.

There will be no calling hours.
