James J. "Jamie" Bond, 46, of Baldwinsville, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2011 at University Hospital. He was a native of Baldwinsville and worked for over 20 years for Home Advantage Plus, Syracuse. He was currently employed with the Roofer's Union Local #195. Jamie enjoyed fishing, playing pool, dirt car racing and bowling with his children. He was pre-deceased by his father, James J. Bond, Sr. in 1991.
Jamie's family would like to thank the nursing staff on 9G at University Hospital for their continuous and special care for Jamie.

Survivors: his mother, Millie A. Bond of Baldwinsville; sister, Carrie L. Bond of Baldwinsville; children, James J. Bond, III, Steven Ratliff, Joshua Ratliff and Amanda Ratliff, all of Baldwinsville; his fiancée, Christine Sweeting and her children, Victoria, Elizabeth and Katherine, all of Baldwinsville; grandson, Matthew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services: 10:00am Thursday, July 28, 2011 at St. Augustine's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial, Oakwood Cemetery in Chittenango. Calling hours are 4-7pm Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
