Irmgard L. "Omi" Houk, 88, of Baldwinsville, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012, at home. She was born in Frankfurt, Germany and in 1950, made the United States her home. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Baldwinsville and was predeceased by her husband, Jack H. Houk in 1972.

Survivors: her daughter, Maria (Edward) Chrisman of Baldwinsville; son, Jason (Pamela) Houk of Little Rock, AR; grandchildren, Pamela (Michael) Milac of Baldwinsville and Amanda (Eric) Copley of Tulsa, OK; great grandchildren, Alexander, Lauren, Andrew, Jackson, Charlotte and Eli; sister, Karin Wingo of Champaign, IL; and several nieces and nephews.

Her laughter and love of family were both remarkable and memorable.

Calling hours: 4-7pm Monday, June 25, 2012, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Service and burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
