Howard E. Bullard, 86, of Baldwinsville passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2006 at St. Josephs Hospital. He was born in Minetto and lived in the area most of his life. Howard retired from A&P Food Stores as a meat cutter and meat department manager in the Baldwinsville and Fulton stores after 27 years with the company. He also worked for 10 years for the Baldwinsville School District. He was an Army Veteran of WW II, having served in the European Theater. Howard was predeceased by his wife, Mildred E. Bullard in 1993.

Survivors: his daughter, Patricia A. Bullard of Baldwinsville; a sister, Connie Meldrum of DeBary, FL; three brothers, Carl (Doris) of Mich., Horace (Betty) of Orange City, FL, and Ernest (Barbara) of Fulton; a sister-in-law, Mildred Bullard of Fulton; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ann and Henry Walsh of Camillus; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 10:00 am Saturday, September 2, 2006 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Inc. Baldwinsville. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, September 1, 2006 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
