Helen Socia, 85, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at Birchwood Nursing Home, Liverpool. Helen was the wife of the late Leonard M. Socia of Baldwinsville. She was born in 1920 in Rensalaer NY. After marrying Leonard in 1950, she resided the rest of her life in Baldwinsville.

Helen leaves behind her beloved daughters, Colonel Nancy E Rice, ret. of Lompoc, Ca. and Janet Sternfels of Somerville, NJ; granddaughter Heather Rice of Atlanta Ga; grandsons, Jonathan, Michael and Robert Sternfels also of Somerville NJ.

Services: 1:00pm Friday, March 10, 2006 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Calling hours will be 11:00 to 1:00pm Friday prior to the funeral. Burial to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
