Helen E. Plumpton Precourt, 79, of Syracuse died Thursday. Born in Syracuse, she lived many years in Baldwinsville before moving to Syracuse in 1973. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Paul W. Sr., died in 1973.

Survivors: Two daughters, Cecile Precourt and Genevieve Monica, both of Baldwinsville; three sons, Paul W. Jr. of Baldwinsville, Robert W. of Syracuse and Francis T. of Memphis; two sisters, Donna Newhouse of Baldwinsville and Betty Conti of Liverpool; a brother, Richard Plumpton of Baldwinsville; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.

Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
