Helen Aller, 78, passed away Monday at Crouse Hospital. She was born July 5, 1938 in Baldwinsville, NY to Frank and Helen Merrifield Aller. Helen was a Registered Nurse and worked for 30 years at Crouse Hospital. She loved God and loved people and was known for her compassion, kindness, and generosity.

Helen is predeceased by her parents.

She is survived by her daughter, Melanie (Gisle) Sorli; grandchildren, Elias, Micah, and Jonathan Sorli; siblings, Lynwood Aller, Susan Abare, June (Phil) Benoit, and Willard (Bonnie) Aller; sister-in-law Donna Aller, brother-in-law Dave Gridley, brother-in-law Wendell Lupton and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 10:30-12:30 pm at Falardeau Funeral, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, NY. Services will follow at 12:30 pm at the funeral home. Burial is in Riverview Cemetery.
