Heather Marie Day Brewster, 29, of Baldwinsville passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015. She was born in Denver, CO, attended Baker High School in Baldwinsville and was a graduate of Crouse School of Nursing.

Heather is survived by her husband, William; her children Isabela and Addison; her mother Deborah Gilbert; her father and stepmother Mark and Paula Day; maternal grandparents, George and Nancy Gilbert; paternal grandmother, Mary Day; sisters, Samantha Day and Mariah Day; brothers, Adam Wolke and Trevor Wolke; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Calling hours are 4-7pm Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Baldwinsville, Burial in Riverview Cemetery,
