Harley L. Orr, Jr., 80, of Baldwinsville died Thursday, November 23, 2006 at St. Josephs Hospital, Syracuse. He was born in Lyons, and has lived in the Syracuse area all of his life. He was a graduate of Central Tech in Syracuse and was a Navy Veteran of WWII. He retired in 1988 after 30 years with GE, was a member of the Camillus Elks Lodge and was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. Harley was an avid golfer and a racecar enthusiast.

Survivors: his wife of 58 years, Elizabeth M.; a daughter, Patricia L. (Reed) Adams of Kenmore; two sons, Paul A. (Anne) of Liverpool and Randy S. (Joanne) of Baldwinsville; a brother, Charles H. Orr of Baldwinsville; 7 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 12:30pm Monday, November 27, 2006 at St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. There will be no calling hours. Burial will private. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville has charge of arrangements.
