Grace Lena Snow (née Postma), age 91, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025, at Hope Hospice House in Cape Coral, Florida.
Born on July 30, 1934, in Syracuse, NY. Grace lived a full and vibrant life. She spent 44 years in Panama City Beach, Florida, and the last 4 years at the Palms of Fort Myers, where she felt a deep sense of community. Over the years, she embraced many roles with determination. Her professional journey included, working as a key punch operator, managing mobile home parks and sales operations, waitressing, and selling Rainbow Vacuums and Water Distillers to name a few. In every endeavor, Grace was committed to doing her best.
Grace remained very active in the Church of Christ during her time in Panama City Beach, Fla. Her spiritual life provided her with strength throughout her years.
She found joy in her early years spending time with horses, and playing card games with friends or family, and working on puzzles that challenged the mind. These hobbies reflected her playful nature and love for connection.
Grace will be remembered for her humor, fun-loving spirit, and gentle heart. Her warmth touched many lives, leaving behind cherished memories for those fortunate enough to have known her.
She is survived by her daughters Marlene Snow and Patricia Bailey. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 70 years, William E. Snow and her son Michael D. Snow.
May Grace's memory bring comfort to all who knew her and serve as a lasting reminder of a life well lived.
A Graveside service will be held at 1 PM, August 26, 2026 at Riverview Cemetery, 70 Tappan St., Baldwinsville, NY.
A Celebration of Life was previously held in Fort Myers Florida.
