Grace Carfagna Osborn 81, of Fort Worth, TX, passed away on Sunday, March 18, in Fort Worth, TX, due to injuries inflicted during an automobile accident. She was born July 2, 1936 in Baldwinsville, NY to Cosmo and Livia Carfagna. She married Robert Osborn on March 2, 1962. She was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law, Chance Parker.
She is survived by Robert, her husband of 56 years, son Stephen (Laura) of Omaha, NE, daughter Diane Parker (Jason), of Burleson, TX and twin brothers, Dominick of Baldwinsville and Dr. Vincent (Bernice) Carfagna of East Aurora, NY; two granddaughters Jordan Parker, Emily Osborn; 3 grandsons Cole Parker, Andrew Osborn and Daniel Osborn; 2 nephews, Michael (Amy) Carfagna and Christopher Carfagna; and niece, Catherine (David) Carfagna-Meinzer.
Grace graduated from Baldwinsville Central High School in 1954 and was a legal secretary and office manager for many years.
Before moving to Fort Worth, Grace was a resident of Omaha, NE, Rochester, NY and Estes Park, CO. She was an active member of St. Andrews Church.
Services were held in Texas.
