Gladys Edwards, 89, of Baldwinsville passed away May 2 at Syracuse Home. She was born in Syracuse and raised in Skaneateles by Rev. Leslie and Emma Farnsworth. She was a graduate of Skaneateles High School and attended Bob Jones University. Gladys was a resident of the Town of Lysander for many years. She was a member of the Community Wesleyan Church and played the organ at the church for 26 years. In recent years she was a member of the Word of Life Assembly of God in Baldwinsville. Gladys was predeceased by her husband Rutherford L. Edwards and a son Daniel L. Edwards.

Surviving are two sons, David L. (Dorothy) Edwards and Donald L. (Ann) Edwards; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be from 11 to1 PM on Tuesday, May 8 at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville, with a service to follow at 1 PM. Burial will be in the Lysander Cemetery.
