Gladys Carnrite Abbott, 90, of Baldwinsville died Friday at the Syracuse Home Association, Baldwinsville. Born in Syracuse, she lived most of her life in Baldwinsville. She graduated from Central City Business Institute. She was a legal secretary with the Cole law firm, Syracuse. She was a member of Baldwinsville First United Methodist Church and the church choir. Her husband of 57 years, Lyman O., died in 1989.

Survivors: A daughter, Beth A. Berry of Liverpool; a son, Charles L. of Baldwinsville; four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter.

Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville, Calling hours, 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
