Gerald R. Haselmayer, 75, of Baldwinsville passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Upstate University Hospital. He was born in North Syracuse the son of Raymond and Ruth (Haberer) Haselmayer and lived in Baldwinsville most of his adult life. Jerry was employed with Crucible Steel and following his accident he worked some summers at the Spinning Wheel in North Syracuse and was the best greeter and ticket taker in the business.
Survivors: his children; Gerald A. (Theresa) Haselmayer and Ruth (Brian) Russell; his grandchildren; Joshua, Nathan and Nick Russell; Luke, Joey and Kyle Haselmayer; great-grandchildren Sophia, Ruthie and another one due February 7, 2017, his sister, Joan (Richard) Allen; several, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours are 3-5pm Wednesday at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville with a service to follow at 5:00pm.
