Genevieve "Ginny" Pickard, 84, of Baldwinsville, passed away Sunday. Born in Syracuse, she was a lifelong resident of the greater Baldwinsville community.

She was employed with the Baldwinsvile Central School District as a teacher's aide for many years assisting the special needs children of the district.

Ginny enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren, quilting, puzzles, and playing card games including, pitch and rummy. She also loved spending time outdoors, especially camping.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Milton Earle, 1971; and her second husband, Charles E. "Chuck" Pickard, Jr., 2023; sister, Susan McIntyre; brother, Frederick House.

Ginny is survived by her sons, Steve (Linda) and Dave (Vikki) of Baldwinsville, Richard (RoseMarie) of Liverpool, Randy (Bridgette) and KC of Baldwinsville; 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; four nieces and four nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m at the Falardeau Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Burial will be in Cato Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Baldwinsville Volunteer Fire Department, 7911 Crego Rd., Baldwinsville, NY 13027
