Fred Charles Rury, 52, of Auburn, formerly of Marcellus passed away unexpectedly Sunday, September 12, 2010. Fred graduated from Marcellus Central High School and earned a degree in Chemical Biology at Morrisville. He also attended the Universities of Buffalo and Oregon. Fred enjoyed designing web sites and engaging in critical writings.

Survivors: his daughter, Jasmine McEdwards and grandchildren; his mother, Virginia Rury and his father John L. Rury II; brothers, John (Aida) L Rury III and Kim (MaryEllen) Rury; sisters, Cindy Rury, Joyce (Jack) Loss, Suzan Rury and Elizabeth Moore; grandchildren Donald M. and Gordon McEdwards of Oregon; several nieces, nephews and his uncle Bob (Marion) Gould.
