Francis A. "Fran" Jones, 80, formerly of Windsor, NY, passed away December 21, 2015. Born and raised in Binghamton, NY, he and his wife moved to Baldwinsville, NY in 2003. Francis was employed with the New York State Dept. of Transportation for 37 years, before retiring in 1990. One of his favorite past-times was camping with his family and friends.

Fran was preceded in death by his father and mother, John P. and Frances L. "Lucy" Jones, and his brother James Jones.

Surviving are his wife of 48 years, Diane B. Jones (Lockhart); three daughters, Patricia (James) Stevens, Karen (Paul) Locke, and Robin Hawley; one son, Scott F. Jones; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Jones, and Robert (Barbara) Jones, and four nephews.
There will be no Funeral or memorial services at the request of the deceased.
