Francis "Frank" Ivan Crandall, 89, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022. Frank was born October 14, 1933, in Watertown, NY to Lawrence and Margaret Crandall. Frank enlisted in the United States Marine Corp during the Korean War in the 1950s. He served as a helicopter mechanic. Frank married Florence Crandall on May 9, 1959. They lived in Syracuse, NY for many years before moving to Baldwinsville, NY in the early 2000s. Frank worked for the US Post Office for many years. He was a member of Assumption Church in Syracuse. His hobbies included video photography, reading, and watching Syracuse University basketball and football.

Frank is survived by his wife Florence Crandall; son, David Crandall of Baldwinsville, daughter, Kathy (Kevin) Rozelle of Dallas, TX; and 2 grandchildren, Kayla and Ben Rozelle.

A Mass will be held at 10 am on Saturday, October 29 at Assumption Church, 812 North Salina St, Syracuse. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt.
