Francis "Fran" Borasky, of Pennellville, passed away Friday, September 18, 2026. Born in Syracuse, he was a carpenter with Local 747.

Fran loved the outdoors, especially camping and fishing. He loved to dance, his lotto tickets, sports, and most importantly, his family.

Fran was predeceased by his wife of 47 years, Donna; parents, Francis and Clara; son, Brad; brother, Joseph; and sisters, Patricia and Barbara.

He is survived by his daughter, Irene Miles; grandchildren, Tyler (Jasmine) Miles, Cody (Lauren) Miles, Kaitlin (Adian) Johns, and Conner Borasky; five great-grandchildren, Ellianna, Leo, Aniyah, Elea, and Kian; sisters, Mary Davidson, Shirley (Larry) Fogg, Alane Olivieri, Robin (Ron) Wilder; brothers, Kenneth (Cindy) Borasky, Andrew Borasky, William (Irene) Borasky, Michael (Mary) Borasky; many nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
