Manley
April 2, 1909 – February 11, 2002
Frances M. Picek Manley, 92, of Church Street, Syracuse, died Monday. She was a life resident of the Syracuse area. She retired from Crucible Specialty Metals after more than 20 years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church in Lakeland and a member of its Altar and Rosary Society. She was a former member of Lakeside Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary in Lakeland. Her first husband, Stanley A. Mack, died in 1952; her second husband, Robert M. Manley, died in 2001.
Survivors: A daughter, Margaret M. Volgal of Calgary, Alberta, Canada; four sons, Eugene Mack of Afton, Wyo., Daniel M. Mack of Baldwinsville, Lawrence J. Mack of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Ronald P. Mack of Grand Haven, Mich.; two stepdaughters, Mary Anne Pentz of Stevens, Pa., and Carol Anderson of Torrington, Conn.; a stepson, Robert J. Manley of Little Neck; 19 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; several stepgrandchildren.
Services: 8:45 a.m. Monday at Falardeau Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Peace Church. Burial, Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours, 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
