Frances E. Stocum Lloyd, 76, of Baldwinsville died Saturday, June 11, 2005 at Community-General Hospital. She was born in Syracuse and lived in Baldwinsville most of her life. Frances dedicated time to children with special needs. She was also a volunteer in the community as a member of the Christmas Bureau, Board of Elections, former Cub Scout leader and PTO president. Frances was predeceased by a sister, Shirley Leopard and a brother, Carl Lewis Vargo.

Survivors: her husband of 58 years, Robert P. Lloyd; a daughter, Donna Anderson of Charlottesville, VA; two sons, Douglas of Syracuse and Ronald of Barrington Hills, IL; five grandchildren, Erin and Jason Lloyd and Craig, Carl, and Mary Anderson; four great-grandchildren; a niece, Deidre Kaiser, a nephew, Brent Drappo and several cousins.

Services: 10:00am Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial in Riverview Cemetery. Calling hours are 4-7pm Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at the funeral home, 93 Downer St.
