Frances Duggleby Baughman, 84, of Division Street, Baldwinsville, died Wednesday at Birchwood Health Care Center. Born in Cooperstown, she lived in Baldwinsville for 25 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Women of the Moose Chapter 649. A son, John Mizerak, died in 1997.

Survivors: A son, Robert Mizerak of Santa Fe, N.M.; two grandchildren.

Graveside services: 2 p.m. Saturday in Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander. No calling hours. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, has arrangements.
