Florence I. Spencer, 95 of Baldwinsville, passed away February 14, 2022 at Upstate University Hospital. Florence was born in Peru, NY to the late Walter and Florence Cady and spent her entire life in the Baldwinsville area. In 1951 she married Francis Spencer, a union that lasted until his passing in 2007. Florence was a 14-year member of the Onondaga County Parks and Recreation Commission, a volunteer with Beaver Lake Nature Center and a member of St. Mary's Choir and Funeral Choir.
In addition to her parents and husband, Florence is predeceased by her Sister Helen Cady. Surviving are her children, Thomas Spencer and Marie Spencer-McCallops; 4 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held in the spring at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St. Baldwinsville, on Saturday, April 23 at 10:00am. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
