Evelyn F. Jacobs Stephens, 88, originally of Baldwinsville, passed away Monday, June 13, 2011 at Van Duyn Home & Hospital. A native of Baldwinsville, Evelyn moved to Canisteo in 1970 where she was the Deputy Town Clerk for 12 years. She worked for L. B. Smith Company for 5 years and General Electric for 15 years. She moved back to the Syracuse area in 1998 and was a former member of the Baldwinsville Garden Club. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Donald B. Stephens in 1997.

Survivors: sons, John F. (Mary) Dunham of Baldwinsville, James E. (Laurie) Dunham of West Palm Beach, FL and Jack W. (Carla) Dunham of Lantana, FL; daughter, Jerrilyn K. (Charles) Reininger of Weston, FL; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 10:00am Saturday, June 18, 2011 at St. Augustine's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, June 17, 2011 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
