Obituary

Etoral E. Arroway, 87, of Key West, FL. (formerly of Oswego) passed away Friday, February 25, 2011 Etoral and George "Sonny" ran The Gay 90's and Sonny & E's Taproom in Oswego. After moving to FL. They ran hotels and a campground. After George's death on 1/26/89, Etoral helped her son Pat run Red's Place and Nobody Knows Pub in Key West, FL. A gifted writer, Etoral wrote many poems "straight from the heart". She completed a book of poems about her childhood years in Oswego. Etoral was predeceased by her husband, George Arroway and son, Pat Ryan; brothers, Burt and George Fairchild; Sister, Thusa Finnigan; Niece; Etoral May.

Surviving: Granddaughters; Quinn (Keith) Hubbard, Shannon (James) Ausin; Great Granddaughter, Alix Browne; Great Grandson, Bailey Austin; Daughter-in-law, Alice Ryan; all of Baldwinsville; Nephews, Burt (Barb) Fairchild of FL.; John Preston Fairchild of CA., George Fairchild of PA., Steve Fairchild of FL. and Jeffrey Fairchild of Cortland; Nieces, Karen (Fairchild) Prave of Union Springs, Karen (Fairchild) Coldren of PA., Dixie Sue Fairchild of Honeoye Falls.

Services: A celebration of her life was held at the Southernmost VFW Post 3911 in Key West, FL. Graveside services for Etoral and George Arroway and Pat Ryan will be at the Jacksonville Cemetery on Saturday August 13, 2011 at 11:30am.
