Ethel M. Brown McConnell, 89, of Baldwinsville died Monday, January 26, 2004 at home. She was born in Syracuse and has lived in Baldwinsville for 31 years. She was employed at Burke´s Restaurant in Syracuse for 30 years. She is pre-deceased by her husband, James McConnell who died in 1971, and 2 sons, Paul in 1994 and Neil in 1993.

Surviving are 2 daughters, Mary A. Roberts of Baldwinsville and Kathie McCarthy of Liverpool; 4 sons, James of Westvale, Henry of Syracuse, William of Lakeworth, FL and Douglas of Baldwinsville; 1 sister, Genieve Leidig of Mattydale; 31 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 11:00am Thursday, January 29, 2004 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Wednesday, January 28, 2004 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
