Obituary

Ethel Agnes Frost, 91, of Baldwinsville, NY, passed away on Saturday at The Cottages at Garden Grove in Cicero, and joined her Lord, after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Windsor, NY, in 1932.

Ethel was predeceased by her parents, John and Caroline Zeggert; husband Wayne Frost; sister Barbara Freer; and baby brother Robert Zeggert. She and Wayne were married in 1950 and enjoyed 53 years together.

In the 1960's, Ethel and Wayne helped found the United Methodist Church in West Corners, NY, where they lived. While there, she worked as a secretary for Mutual Designers, before moving to Baldwinsville, in 1970.

In Baldwinsville, Ethel was the office manager for Morris Pumps. She and Wayne became active in the First Presbyterian Church of Baldwinsville. Ethel was president of both the Baldwinsville Garden Club, and the Garden Center Assoc. Both honored her with Arbor Day tree plantings.

Ethel is survived by her son, Robert (Stephanie) Frost; brothers, John (Sharon) Zeggert and James (Florence) Zeggert; and grandson Christopher (Bethany) Frost.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, July 13 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville, NY. On Friday, July 14, there will be calling hours from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Barber Memorial Home, 428 Main St., Johnson City, NY.  All floral arrangements received by Falardeau Funeral Home will be transferred to the care of Barber Memorial Home.

Burial will be Saturday, July 15 at 10:00 a.m. in Vestal Hills Cemetery, Vestal, NY.
