Esther Haas, 82, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2003 at Iroquois Nursing Home, Jamesville. She was a former member of the Camillus Senior Center for 20 years where she held office of Vice President and Treasurer. She retired after 25 years from the West Genesee School District.

Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Norbel "Pete" J. Haas of Baldwinsville; a daughter Patricia E. (Rudy P.) Karasek of Camillus; a son, David A. (Donna L.) Haas of Baldwinsville; two sisters, Janice Thomas and Doris Virginia, both of Baldwinsville; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 9:30am Saturday, October 25, 2003 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville and 10:00am at St. Augustine's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial at Belle Isle Cemetery, Town of Camillus. Calling hours are 5 to 8 pm Friday, October 24, 2003 at the funeral home, 93 Downer St.
