Elnora L. Thomas ("Ellie"), 96, of Phoenix, NY passed away Tuesday April 23, 2024 at Crouse Hospital.

She was born in Ogdensburg, NY May 25, 1927 to Earl W. Crump and Alice S. Arnold. She lived in the Baldwinsville and Phoenix area since 1948. Ellie went to school in Madrid, NY and to Ogdensburg Business School. She worked for New Process Gear, Hoffman Meat Packing Company and 32 years in the Baldwinsville School District Cafeteria as a worker and Head Cook at the high school. She was a 76 year member of the Baldwinsville Methodist Church, Female Charitable Society, and a volunteer driver for medical appointments for Canton Woods and the Volunteer Center.

Ellie is predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Asa, sister, June Clermont, and brother Arnold Crump.

Ellie is survived by her sons, David, Rodney (Diane), and Steven Thomas, all of Phoenix. A granddaughter, Daisha Thomas and grandson, Parker Thomas; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are from 5-7 PM, Monday April 29, 2024 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday 10 AM, at the funeral home with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Warners, NY.
