Elizabeth A. Shanley Merriam, 83, of Baldwinsville died Saturday, March 5, 2005 at West Side Manor. She was born in Little Falls and lived in Baldwinsville most of her life. Betty was a communicant of St. Mary's Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles E. in 1992.

Survivors: a daughter, Barbara A. Howe of Niskayuna; two sons, Robert C. Merriam of Jamesville and William J. Merriam of Baldwinsville; a sister, Jeanne Shanley of Syracuse and six grandchildren.

Services: 10:00am Thursday, March 10, 2005 at St. Mary's Church, 47 Syracuse St., Baldwinsville. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours are 4-7pm Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
