Elizabeth Coomey (Betty), 86 passed away October 13, 2021. She was a proud and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Betty loved to be the life of the party. She was a wonderful seamstress, loved music, dancing, and gardening.
She was predeceased by her husband Michael Coomey (Jim). Betty is survived by her six sons, Michael (Nancy), Kevin, Tim (Jill), Chris (Lisa), Eric (Lisa), Jeff (Gina) and 11 grandchildren 6 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Elizabeth's name. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nursing staff at Loretto Comfort Care.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 6 pm Monday, October 18 at Falardeau Funeral Home A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated the next morning at 9:00 am at St. Augustine's. Graveside services and celebration of her life will be at a later date.
