Eleanor J. Vroman, 91, of Baldwinsville, passed away on Saturday. Born in Onondaga, NY, she enjoyed knitting, cooking, and baking.

She was predeceased by her husband, Frederick Frank Vroman in 1973, her parents, Otto and Harriet Lell; brothers, Lenny Lell, Billy Lell; and sister, Linda Lell.

Surviving are her children, Terry (Fred) Hale, of Pittsford NY, Dawn (Brian) Edmonds, of Phoenix NY, Fred (Karen) Vroman of Pennellville NY, William (Pam) Vroman, of Baldwinsville NY, and Michael (Carol VanDoren) Vroman of Weedsport NY; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 13, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.

Burial will be private.

The family would like to thank the staff of Syracuse Home at McHarrie Place for their care and support given to Eleanor, especially her granddaughter, Allie Neidlinger, Director of Nursing.
