Eleanor Brauksieck VanBuskirk, 94, of Baldwinsville died Saturday, April 16, 2005 at Birchwood Health Care Center. She was born in Cincinnati, OH and lived in Baldwinsville most of her life. Eleanor was a member of the First Baptist Church, Baldwinsville and a member of the fidelity class. She was a past president, charter and life member of the Baldwinsville Fire Dept. Ladies Auxillary. She was predeceased by her husband Myron "Mike" in 1955.

Survivors: three daughters, Joan K. McCord of Charlotte, NC, Helen K. Linton of Baldwinsville and Vicki S. MacDonald of Blufton, SC; three sons, Richard A. of Fort Meyers, FL, Ronald L. of Blue Ridge, TX and James C. of Phoenix; three sisters, Clara Farrell and Alice Dunham of Baldwinsville and Henrietta Manuel of Plainville; three brothers, Charles Brauksieck of Phoenix, James Brauksieck of Baldwinsville and William Brauksieck of Plainville; 19 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.

Services: 1:00pm Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Inc. Baldwinsville. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Warners. Calling hours are 4-7pm Monday, April 18, 2005 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
