Elanor "June" Gannett Butler, 86, of Syracuse passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at her home. She was an avid sports fan and a wonderful mother. She will be dearly missed by the many friends she made over the years during her travels thoughout the country. Elanor was predeceased by her husband of sixty years, Eugene on May 21, 2005.

Survivors: a daughter, Elizabeth Jean (John) Walker of Syracuse; four sons, Darrell (Jean) of Elk Grove, CA, Dale (Patricia) of Morrisville, David (Colleen) of No. Syracuse and Darren (Melinda) of Monroe, LA; three sisters, Mildred Wood of Florida, Betty Thurlow of Fulton and Laura Landis of Florida; three brothers, Frank Gannett of California, Frederick Gannett of Florida and William Gannett of No. Syracuse; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 9:00am Saturday, April 15, 2006 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Inc. Baldwinsville. Burial in Jacksonville Cemetery. Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, April 14, 2006 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
