Elaine R. Denis, 81, of VanBuren died Tuesday November 11, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. She was born in Brooklyn. Elaine worked at Allied Chemical for many years. In her earlier years she was a volunteer for the Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps. Recently Elaine was a volunteer for the Baldwinsville Christmas Bureau and Meals on Wheels. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

Elaine is predeceased by her husband Edward, son William Dyer, sister Sue Snook, brother William Tully and stepdaughter Denise Denis.

Survivors: son Russ (Carolyn) Rowland, sister Nancy (Jim) Bruinsma, grandchildren Bethany, Hayley, Ashley, Zachary & Joseph, and several nieces & nephews.

Services: Friday November 21st 2014 11:30am at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville. Burial will be in Riverview.
