Edward L. Rice, 82, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, December 31. He was born in Baldwinsville to Clive and Virginia Rice. Ed served in the US Army from 1954-1958 and retired from P&C in 1997 after 28 years of service.

Ed is predeceased by his parents, son, Gary Rice and brother, Ken Rice.

Ed is survived by his wife of 59 years, Dorothy Maxson Rice; sons, Dale, Mark, and James Rice; and granddaughter, Abigail Rice.

Calling hours are 4-7 pm Tuesday, January 7 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. Services are 10 am Wednesday, January 8 at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial is in Riverview Cemetery.
