Edward "Ed" Allen, 72, of Baldwinsville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at Upstate University Hospital. Born on August 30, 1952, he spent most of his life in Baldwinsville, graduating from Baker High School in 1972.

He had a lifelong passion for billards, owning a pool hall with his former wife, Michelle. Ed retired and moved to North Carolina where he loved spending time out in the sun.

He was predeceased by his parents, Patsy and Margaret Allen; and brothers, Richard and William Allen.

Surviving are his son, Edward (Susan) Allen; and daughter, Karie (Jim) Ogden; sister, Anne (Don) Tyner; and brother, John (Rita) Allen; sister-in-law, Joan Allen; grandchildren, Alexandria Ogden, Chayce and Trystan Allen; great-grandchildren, Rylee and Kolson Perkins; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

There will be no calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 15, from noon to 4 p.m. at The Lodge at Van Buren Park, Connors Rd., Baldwinsville.
