Edna Calkins Brown Kotrba, 89, of Baldwinsville, passed away Friday, October 2, 2009 at University Hospital. She was born in Cato and has lived in the Baldwinsville area most of her life. She retired in 1987 after 35 years with General Electric and also worked for Heid's of Liverpool for several years.

Survivors: three daughters, Edna (Richard) Anguish of Cape Vincent, Helen (Jerry) Aravantinos of Liverpool and Rachel (Sam) May of Liverpool; two sisters, Doris Elmer of Victory and Gen Gustke of Cato; a brother, Robert Calkins of Cato; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 10:00am Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at the funeral home, 93 Downer St.
