Constance Tyrrell, 64, passed away April 24, 2017 at Syracuse Home. She was born July 7, 1952 to Thomas R. and Freda A. Woods in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. She immigrated to the US in 1957, graduated from Canastota High School in 1970, and became a US citizen in the mid 1980's. Connie met and married Thomas Tyrrell August 8, 1981 and chose to become a stay at home mom to care for their three sons. She enjoyed crafts and needlework. Connie was a 17 year breast cancer survivor. She was a member of the Onondaga Star Chapter #144 Eastern Star and Ilderim Temple #15 Daughters of the Nile.

She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Thomas R. Tyrrell; sons Thomas, James, and Robert Tyrrell; grandchildren, Briana Marie Hall and Tyler Ross Hall-Tyrrell; step-mother, Mary Ann Bauerle-Woods of Lakeland, FL; sister, Catherine Woods; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Calling hours are 4-7 pm Tuesday, August 8. An Eastern Star Service will begin at 6:45 pm, followed by Daughters of the Nile. Services will follow at 7 pm. Burial will be 10 am Wednesday, August 9 at Riverview Cemetery in Baldwinsville. In lieu of flowers, please take someone to lunch.
