Edith F. Bye, 92, of Baldwinsville passed away Sunday, August 22, 2010. Born in Seneca Falls on 5/17/1918, Edith was a life time member of the First United Methodist Church of Baldwinsville. She was a great poet and wrote many poems on life, family, and nature, many of which she could recite from memory. Edith was an avid golfer and bowler in her earlier years and an active member of the Canton Woods Senior Center in the 90's. She loved spending time with her family and friends and cooking.

She is pre-deceased by her husband Bill and son Richard.

Survivors: her son James (Becky) of Camillus; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services: 10:00am Thursday, August 26, 2010, at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Wednesday, August 25, 2010, at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
