Dor "Nain" Strife, 77, of Baldwinsville passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at SUNY Upstate Medical University on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. She was born in Marcy, NY and had lived in Baldwinsville the past 55 years. Family, her home, friends and community were important to Dor in that order. She was a member of the Baldwinsville First Presbyterian Church and a sewing group of her friends for many years. She was predeceased by her son Brian.

Dor is survived by her loving husband Bill of 56 years; her children, Sandy (Bill) Rabe, Bill (Karen) Strife and Jeff Strife; grandchildren, Jodi (Joe), Dan and Ben; great-grandchildren, Jace and Jada; siblings, Richard Ellis, Emrys Ellis, Maren Greer, and Joan Jones; several nieces and nephews.


Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, April 2, 2016, at the First Presbyterian Church, Oswego Street Baldwinsville.
