Donna (Grow) Fitzgerald, 67, of Baldwinsville, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 6th, after battling several health issues.

She is survived by her husband, Michael; son, Sean (Erin); grandson, Maddox; sisters Jeanne Griffith, Joanne (James) Lowery, Michelle (Robert) Monterville, Debby (Chuck) Morrell, Diane Dauscher, Robyne (Jose) Estrada; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her mother, Margaret (Gill, Grow) Gardner; father, Elmer Grow; daughter, Erin; sister, Janis Hulland and daughter Jessica, and nephew, James Lowery.

Donna was born and raised in Baldwinsville, NY. She worked for P&C Foods and Tops Markets until she retired.

Donna was a caring, strong, hardworking, and courageous person who was deeply loved by so many. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin. Donna will forever be remembered for her selflessness and generosity. She always put the needs of her friends and family members above her own. She was a very giving person and would never show up anywhere without gifting a basket of her delicious blueberry muffins. She was an incredible grandmother and would do anything to see her grandson smile.

Donna loved to spend her time tending to her garden. She had the greenest thumb which she inherited from her mother and she always left everyone's gardens better than she found them. She was also a very creative person and she had a gift for crafting. She could create the most beautiful crafts and wreaths from scratch. Her greatest gift was the love she showered over her family and friends. Anyone who knew her, knew she had the biggest heart. One of Donna's greatest loves was her grandson and the time they spent together.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, October 12th, from 9:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville. Funeral services and burial will be private.
