Donald K. Hamm, 66 of Baldwinsville, NY passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016 after a 6 month battle with cancer. Don was a self employed carpenter. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Linda (Krause) Hamm; sisters: Beverly Bartlett, Linda Hamm, Jeanne Jessmore and Connie Didomenico; brothers: James and Gary Hamm; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday, April 6th 2016 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Falardeau Funeral Home 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville. Funeral Service to follow at 12:00pm and burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
