Deborah Lyn Loper, 63, of Cortland passed away Tuesday.  She is survived by her sons, Richard L. III of Moravia and Timothy of Phoenix; brother, Les Chapman of Moravia; sister, Brenda Chapman of Cortland; 4 grandchildren, Richard L. Loper IV, Zach T. Loper, Lucas J. Loper, and Cooper C. Loper.

There will be no calling hours.  Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.  Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
