Deacon Frank M. Forish, Jr., 85, passed away Saturday, June 17. He was born in Erie, PA to Frank and Grace Logue Forish. Frank married his wife, Roberta, at St. Stephen's Church, Phoenix, NY on August 27, 1960. He served in Europe during peace time for the US Army from 1957-1963 and retired from General Motors after 27 years in 1991. Frank celebrated his ordination as Deacon in 2012.

Frank is predeceased by his parents and wife, Roberta "Robbie" Forish in 2017.

Survived by his children, Michelle (Martin) Wilson and Deborah Tetrault; grandchildren, Danielle (Chris) Love, Jessica (Nick) Gressel, Benjamin (Brianne) Kristeller and Bradley Tetrault; great-grandchildren, Braelynn Love, Natalie Gressel, Jocelyn Love, Henry Gressel, and Jacob Kristeller, Isabelle Gressel, and Noah Kristeller; sister, Nancy Forish; brother, David A. (Luann) Forish.

Calling hours will be held Monday, June 26 from 2-5 p.m. at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.  A Vigil Prayer Service for Deacons will follow at 7 p.m. in St. Stephen's Church, 469 Main St., Phoenix.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 27 in St. Stephen's Church.  Entombment will be in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery Mausoleum.
