Daniel "Jim" Reed, Sr., 77, of Lamson Rd. passed away Thursday, December 2, 2004 after a long battle with cancer. He was a WWII Army MP Veteran and lived on Lamson Rd. most of his life. He was retired from Gould Pumps in Baldwinsville and was a carpenter for several years before that. He was a member of the VFW in Baldwinsville. He was an avid outdoorsman who also enjoyed bowling, playing cards, and Bingo.

Survivors: He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara Fitzpatrick Reed, a son, Daniel J. Reed,Jr.; and a daughter-in-law, Annette Antonio Reed; a grandson Daniel J. Reed,III; three sisters, Mary Filicia, and Helen Canino, both of Baldwinsville, Betty Clemens of Jacksonville; one brother, George Reed of North Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 10:00am Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander. Calling hours are 2-4 and 7-9pm Monday, December 6, 2004 at the funeral home.
